Nancy's
professional motto is "Dedication to Excellence".
She takes tremendous pride in her work as a Realtor
and her reputation precedes her. Buyers and Sellers
who have worked with Nancy come back time and time
again to do multiple transactions.
With Buyers, her highest priority is to educate them
and remove any pressure to buy before they are
ready. With Sellers, she takes on the listing of a
home as if it were her own. She invests herself
thoroughly with regard to analyzing the market,
pricing the home and managing the deal.
Personal
Prior to real estate, Nancy's former career was
as an actress. After graduating from Hofstra
University and London's prestigious Weber Douglas
Academy she worked for over twenty years in the
industry. Nancy appeared Off Broadway, in national
TV commercials, industrial films, and numerous
national magazines including the covers of Newsweek,
Prevention and Good Housekeeping. Her former and
current careers melded together in 2007 when she
appeared as a featured Realtor/cast member on the
Home and Garden Television Network (HGTV) reality
television series "Bought and Sold".
After researching and visiting suburbs all over the
tri-sate area, she and her family chose the
Montclair area for its beauty, culture and school
system. Leaving New York City, and going through the
process of buying a home for the first time, was an
experience that blossomed into her passion as a
Realtor.
Practicing real estate throughout the suburban Essex
County region, Nancy is actively involved in its
communities, school system and charitable
organizations. She currently lives in Montclair with
her husband John, a toy inventor, and her three
girls - all of whom have gone through the Montclair
Public School System.
